Everyday life doesn’t sustain itself on its own.
The origin of work that protects people’s lives and livelihoods.
What JME values above all else is nurturing people, refining skills, and building trust — so that a strong organization can bloom like a flower. When that flower blooms, it naturally attracts butterflies: colleagues, clients, partner companies, and our counterparts in Indonesia. The people and trust that gather in turn strengthen the organization further, drawing in new technology and new challenges. This cycle is the driving force that keeps JME pushing forward, no matter the difficulty.
Grounded in the proven capabilities built on Japan’s worksites, we are expanding that circle — from Japan to Indonesia, and out to the world. We believe that building a strong organization is the greatest force for opening up people’s futures and supporting society.

The intention behind Japan Management Engineering
Each word in our name — Japan, Management, Engineering — represents JME’s purpose itself. Rooted in Japanese quality, we strengthen our organization by developing people, and support society and the future through technology. Our vision for the future lives within these three words.
Japan
Japanese quality, safety, and integrity
The unwavering commitment to quality and safety cultivated on Japanese construction sites. And the integrity to keep promises. The attitude of doing what’s expected — and doing it thoroughly — is the foundation of JME’s trust, and the value we carry from Japan to the world.
Management
The management capability to develop people and strengthen the organization
For JME, Management is far more than administration. It means creating systems that protect safety, transfer skills, and foster personal growth. It is the ability to develop people and build a strong organization bound together by trust.
Engineering
The technical capability and execution power to support social infrastructure
Roads, bridges, rivers, seawalls — the technology that underpins people’s daily lives and the foundations of society. The execution power to see any challenging project through to completion at a reliable standard. Through this capability, we connect the technology built in Japan to the future, and to the world.
